Refund Policy

At Divine Herbology, your satisfaction is deeply important to us. As our products are lovingly handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we’re here to make things right if there’s a genuine issue.

 

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

You may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund if:

  • Your product arrives damaged or faulty

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is not delivered (and tracking confirms this)

To qualify for a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue

  • The item must be unused, and in its original packaging (if applicable)

Please note: Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, unless the item is deemed faulty.

 
Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll let you know whether you need to return the item. If so, you’ll be provided with a return address and instructions.

  • If the return is due to an error on our end or a faulty product, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For all other eligible returns, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

 
How to Request a Refund

To start the process, email us at deanna@deannajoyhollows.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Please remember — our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, so slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur. These do not affect the quality or performance of the balm and are not considered faults.
