1. Product Use

Our balms are handcrafted using natural ingredients. They are intended for external use only. Always patch test before use and discontinue if irritation occurs.

 

2. Payment

We currently accept payments via NZ bank transfer. Prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Once you submit your order you will be given the bank account details.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for used items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photos, and product formulations — are the property of Divine Herbology and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure our site and products are accurate and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. By using our products, you acknowledge personal responsibility for their use.
